Beautiful Beginning
This is a package that we recommend for every couple. In the beginning of your planning process, there will be so many unanswered questions. It can be very overwhelming thinking about all the things that need to be done. This is a very exciting time in your lives together, and we want to get you started with your planning so that you will be able to enjoy your engagement!

Wedding Day Package
This package is similar to the “Early Honeymoon” package, but is for the couple that needs basic wedding day coordination. Our consultants will give your wedding day a professional touch that will leave your guests talking about your wedding day for years to come. This package enables the bride, groom, family and wedding party to relax and enjoy the time spent with one another on your very special day!

What You Can Expect:
§Two consultations prior to the week of the wedding to discuss vendors, locations, and all of the wedding day details
§Vendor confirmations one week before the wedding and again, the day before the wedding
§Full coordination of rehearsal, ceremony and reception
§Consultant will be present for the entire rehearsal and the entire day of the wedding
§Coordination of wedding party during rehearsal and ceremony
§Create an itinerary for wedding party, including important time, locations and instructions for day of wedding (will be distributed at rehearsal).
§Unlimited use of our emergency wedding day kit

Early Honeymoon Package
This package is designed for the couple that planned the wedding, but would like for professionals to see that it goes off without a hitch. As the guests of honor, you deserve to take a couple of days off after months of stressful planning. Besides, this is a time to enjoy each other, your family and friends, without worrying about your “big day.” As for family or friends coordinating your wedding, they should be able to enjoy that time as well. It’s better to have those people by your side, rather than letting them stress about all of the wedding day responsibilities. When it comes to creating a wedding experience that you will always remember, you want experienced professionals to handle all of the preparations and details. The day will go by very quickly and you should not have to miss a minute to deal with unforeseen situations. That’s why we are here!

§5 hours of consultations one month before the wedding date to get all vendor information, confirm payment schedules and services, go over checklist and finalize all of the details
§5 hours of consultations the week of the wedding (before the rehearsal) to discuss the rehearsal and wedding day, along with any last minute services you may need (pick-up gown, drop decorations off at reception, put welcome bags together and drop-off at hotel, etc.).
§Create an itinerary for the couple, family and wedding party for instructions and important times. (To be distributed at rehearsal)
§On-site ceremony rehearsal coordination (Even if we are not coordinating it, we still need to be there to see how the ceremony will go and how long it will take. We also need to familiarize ourselves with the ceremony location. It’s also good for your family and wedding party to see our faces, so they know who to go to when they need something.)
§All day assistance on day of wedding
§Ceremony coordination
§Reception coordination
§Delivery of final payments to vendors
§Set-up decorations at ceremony and reception, or monitor the set-up of the ceremony and reception
§Return any rentals the day after the wedding (tuxes, linens, glassware, etc.)
